The footage captures him running around at 2:37 PM, after which he became separated from a relative and is believed to have wandered towards a nearby housing estate and fishing lake, now cordoned off for safety.
Authorities have stated there is currently no evidence of foul play, but they are treating the situation with caution. Local residents are urged to check their properties, including gardens and sheds, for any signs of the child. The police have also requested that anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage from the area review it for potential sightings.
Noah, who is partially deaf and non-verbal, is described as having curly ginger hair and wearing a white Bluey T-shirt. His father has expressed gratitude for the community’s support and has appealed for continued help in the search, emphasizing the need to expand the search area as time passes.
