Pilgrims must purchase an Umrah service package through the Nusuk platform to qualify, integrating digital services for a smoother experience.
This initiative aligns with Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to enrich the pilgrim experience and improve service efficiency. The Nusuk platform acts as a comprehensive digital hub, offering everything from visa issuance to accommodation and transport, streamlining the pilgrimage process.

In 2026 alone, Saudi Arabia welcomed over 931,500 Umrah pilgrims, marking a 22.5% increase from the previous year, indicating a rising interest in the pilgrimage.
