Three individuals have been arrested following two separate arson incidents in County Tyrone, raising concerns about community safety. In a second incident in Cookstown, a vacant property was targeted, with flames confined to the living room. This fire also resulted in smoke damage to adjacent rooms, but again, no injuries were reported. Both incidents are being treated as deliberate acts of arson.
The arrests include a 23-year-old man in Coalisland and two younger men, aged 20 and 19, in Cookstown. They face serious charges, including reckless endangerment of life, highlighting the potential dangers associated with such criminal behaviour.
